The Work

While the Board of Directors conducted a search for its new leader, Terri served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and supported and collaborated with the Women's Fund Board of Directors and team to produce two major events, an issues/advocacy summit and a major fundraiser, which together engaged nearly 3,000 people on issues of social change for women. Other work included strengthening various business practices and drafting a 3-year operating plan aligned with a newly-adopted strategic agenda.
