Columbus Museum of Art
Interim Executive Director
The Work
As interim executive director, Terri led the museum in the wake of its long-tenured executive director’s retirement. Working closely with the Board President and the Senior Team, Terri ensured the institution’s ongoing critical work continued without interruption including the launch of the museum’s first-ever labor negotiations, two senior team planning retreats including one focused on financial initiatives, a major fundraising event, installation and de-installation of exhibitions, the announcement of the new executive director, an onboarding plan for the executive director, and an initial strategy and case statement for a fundraising campaign.

She met our team where it was, and in her quiet, intentional, and collaborative manner created the focus and space for staff to do its best work, all key to positioning CMA and its new executive director/CEO for success.”
