The Work
As it prepared to celebrate its 10-year anniversary as an on-site camp for children with serious medical illnesses, Flying Horse Farms (FHF) sought to update its strategic plan and re-engineer its business model to position and sustain FHF for the future.
Terri worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and her senior leaders to shape a planning process that yielded Board approval of a new strategic direction, including an updated vision, mission and key strategies. The work was completed six months sooner than anticipated.
As the CEO’s strategic thought partner, Terri advised on stakeholder engagement, potential partnerships, executive leadership capacity, facility master planning, public funding opportunities and strategic business modeling.
